One woman who used to be an idol worshipper was summoned by her family and ordered to renounce Christ. She refused and declared, “All the years I worshipped idols, I did not find any help when I and my children were facing challenges. When I accepted Jesus as my Savior, he saved me and delivered me. I cannot abandon my faith in Jesus because He helped me.” Her testimony truly gladdened my heart, and I give God all the glory. Pray that the Lord will sustain her through the challenges that she faces.

After BRA of Alagwa tribe converted from Islam to follow Jesus, he was subjected to all manner of persecutions. His people did not allow him to marry an Alagwa lady since all Alagwa people are assumed to be Muslims. But God opened the door for him to marry following which his people chased him out of their community. He relocated to Zanzibar where he is now doing missionary work among the Makunduchi Muslim community. "I was born again in 2001 but backslid in 2017 when my father and two siblings were killed by Fulani militia in my village. I felt that God was powerless and didn’t exist. I went back to my practice of various rituals and my heart was filled with hatred, bitterness, and a desire to avenge my family. During a recent sports outreach in my school, I rededicated my life to Jesus Christ after hearing a message of encouragement that brought healing to my heart. I am currently attending a trauma healing program in my community. I have renounced the practice of religious rituals and need prayers to remain faithful." Samuel Atumbu

Thu 15. Worldlink USA
In the past year, there have been 123,928 professions of faith in Christ through the ministry of Worldlink partners worldwide. That’s 123,928 lost souls who returned home, experiencing the forgiveness of sin and the embrace of our Heavenly Father. Many of these new believers come from people groups that are considered unreached, groups of people that have little to no contact with Christians and in turn have minimal opportunity to hear and respond to the gift of salvation through Christ Jesus. There are still 3.42 billion unreached people worldwide. Please pray for Worldlink and Worldlink partners as we focus our efforts on lessening this number by sending missionaries who will bring the Gospel to the least reached, the last to be reached, and the lost.

Now he is actively involved in his church as an elder, active in social work. He was oppressed in his early Christian life but thank the Lord for helping him overcome all the oppressions and experiencing peace from God.

Maria was suffering because her partner betrayed her and infected her with HIV. She immersed herself in idolatry to find a spiritual solution. Yarnis fell prey to drug addiction and was like dead even though alive. I met her on the street one day and she asked me to pour ‘holy water’ on her because she felt she could not take it anymore. I understood that she was possessed, took her to the house of a brother and we ministered deliverance to her. Thank God for setting her free and turning her into a new creature.

We met Iris during our outreach. All her life, she has practiced Santeria religion, an idolatry practice. She fell ill a few months ago with cancer and was about to die. She cried out to her gods, but they could not save her. When we told her about Christ’s power, she accepted him and gave up her idols. To the glory of God, the cancer disappeared from her body. She is currently undergoing discipleship and will be baptized soon. We praise the Lord for her life.
