Thu 2. Sylvain – Congo DR

At the beginning of this year, we lost André, a brother who dedicated his life to the ministry among children in Bateke. During the period of his sickness, he stayed with his older brother. We went on a few occasions to visit him there. During our visit, he urged us to take care of his brother's children as well. After his death, we started inviting these kids to the Bible club meetings. As the kids got used to our activities, they suggested we start a club in their home. On Thursday, May 27, a club was born there and children from the neighborhood started coming to hear about Jesus from the Bible. We thank the Lord for this new group. We are welcoming an increased number of children at each meeting. To God alone be the glory!

Fri 3. Sebastian & Pauline - Cote d’Ivoire

He focused on training during the quarter. During these trainings, three people came to faith in our Lord. Thank God for such rewarding fruit.

Sat 4. Leonel & Ana-Maria – Mozambique

Leonel met a young man whose mother asked him to marry her, but he refused. In response, she used witchcraft, and the young man fell seriously ill. Pray that the victory he has received may be permanent. Pray also for the mother’s deliverance.

Our health is a testimony that God answered all the prayers you prayed for us when I had a diabetic health scare. It was a very difficult three months for us. I had to be checking my blood sugar level daily and inject myself with insulin. I also lost my sight during the period. Praise be to our Lord for miraculously restoring my health. The doctor did a rerun of the necessary tests after 4 months and I was declared diabetic free. My sugar level has been normal since then.

Mon 13. Neo – South Africa

Ministry has been on-off, schools open one day but closed the following day due to the third Covid-19 wave. Unfortunately, many are getting fed up with online fellowship. They want to meet face-to-face, greet, and embrace one another. Pray for the end of Covid-19 especially in Southern Africa. Neo was able to conduct an Adventure camp in April. There were 40 kids and 14 leaders. They also had a 3-day holiday club in the Kenosis community. Thank God for six new believers during camps.

All of us in the church along with some pastors recently went on gospel tract distribution in a nearby village. Many people received the tracts and asked us to pray for them. I am paying follow-up visits to this village and pray that God will help us to start a prayer cell there soon.
