It is the first day of a new year and a reminder of the new mercies of God and the new story he invites people into as they come to faith in Jesus. In the last three months leading up to 2024, 143,350 heard the Gospel, and 11,957 professed faith in Christ Jesus. Praise God for the new life we have and the new opportunity to share the Gospel with those who live in darkness and hopelessness.
Tue 2. Abiola & Bukola – Chad
Please pray for Fatime and Al-Mouna. These are two Muslim women we have been in contact with. Al-Mouna is a good friend of Bukola and she has been hearing snippets of the Gospel as they interact. Pray that this relationship may continue. Pray that Fatime would keep listening to the SD card (audio Bible) I gave her. She has been thrilled by the wonderful works of Christ in the Gospels. Pray for them that they may soon come to faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

During the quarter we shared the Gospel message during visits to thirteen secondary schools, student rallies, student leaders’ training, and film outreaches to the neighborhood. Almost 7,000 people heard our message, and we thank the Lord for saving the lives of 2,400 people. Some young people who previously engaged in the occult surrendered to the Lordship of Christ. Thank God for each new believer.
Thu 4. Huntonayon & Dorcas – Benin
Thank God for the fruit of our house-to-house evangelism. In the last quarter, 34 people came to faith in the Lord Jesus. A woman in our fellowship center faced difficulties with her husband at the beginning of 2023. He threatened her and refused to take care of her. We encouraged her to keep the faith and be prayerful. The Lord brought a miraculous change in their relationship. The man recently gave her a deep freezer and increased her business capital.
Fri 5. Godwithus – Plateau, Nigeria
Sarah, an ex-convict, gave her life to Christ during her stay in prison. She was given a Bible and attended the Prison fellowship throughout her time in prison. After her release, she continues to fellowship with other believers and underwent a 3-month course in public reading of the Bible. She was assisted to start a business which she is now managing. Thank God for sustaining her faith and pray that her testimony may convince many that no one is too bad for God to save.
Sat 6. Sarifo & Jorgina – Mozambique
We shared the Gospel message with MM and she accepted Christ as her Savior. We prayed for her concerning her desire to have a child. The Lord answered our prayers, and she now has a baby boy. Maheshwari of Lodaura village and from Hindu family was suffering from paralysis. Every attempt to receive healing failed her. Amid persecutions, radicals prevented people from visiting Christians. However, we visited her secretly in the night and asked what she would want us to do for her. She opened her heart to us and confessed she is losing hope and wanted to end her life. I shared God’s Word with her and prayed for her urging her to repent of her sins and receive Christ’s love. She did, and God completely healed her. We thank the Lord for his intervention in her life.
Mon 8. Sanjay – Bhutan
I had the opportunity to present my Gospel song in the Bhutanese Language, Dzongkha, before the entire 350 students and faculty of Royal Thimphu College. My song is about God's love, mercy, and Christ’s finished work on the cross for the sinner. Thank God for the few minutes’ ministry which was the first Gospel song ever heard on the college's stage.
Tue 9. Jay – India
Thank God for people who continue to accept Christ despite much persecution and challenges. God is powerfully delivering people from oppression and Satan’s bondage. Juhi, a teacher, lost her eyesight due to brain tuberculosis. With her eyesight gone, she lost hope for life and wanted to commit suicide. But on hearing the Gospel message, she accepted Christ’s love and was baptized. Her hope in life was restored and she has become an inspiration for others.
Wed 10. OVA – Anonymous, East Asia
Praise God for the door that is still open in our area for outreach. We can still preach the
Gospel message, conduct follow-ups, train disciples, and conduct House Church meetings. From July - September 2023, we shared the Gospel message with more than 140 people. Many refused the message, but God worked in the hearts of two people who believed and were baptized. Please pray that those who believe will be ready to go out and multiply.
Thu 11. Gaikhangdim - India
Thank God for the grace and wisdom he gave us to teach students some subjects related to Missions in the past few months. I also proclaimed the Gospel message in neighboring villages and co-facilitated two youth camps. Fri 12. Bryan – Bhutan
I engaged in personal evangelism, gave out 587 Gospel tracts to students, and had the opportunity to share the gospel with two groups of college students. Thank God for Susan who had a special experience with the Lord during our camp meeting. The Holy Spirit broke through the thick wall she had built around herself. Pray that she may grow deeper each day in her relationship with the Lord.
Sat 13. Bilton – India
Madhav is from an orthodox Hindu family. He said he has never heard the Gospel until recently when God allowed us to share the message of God’s love with him. He is very interested in accepting the Lord as his Savior, but he fears his family and society’s reaction. Please pray that he will be delivered from his fears and dares to decide to follow Christ.
Sun 14. Chel - Cambodia
Pov and his wife recently put their faith in the Lord. He had taken his seriously sick wife to traditional healers who tried various healing rituals including tying charms around her neck, using fire, spitting, and incantations. All were to no avail. They also spent a lot of money consulting a magician. They were in such a hopeless state the wife detested living. When they put their faith in Christ, they were set free and now have a living hope. Pray that the Lord may strengthen their faith and make them effective witnesses.

Thank God for his blessings upon the ministry.

Thank God for 12 people who came to faith in Jesus in the past quarter.
Wed 17. Desali – Cuba
Mauma came to faith in Christ two months ago. We are disciplining him and trusting the Lord to rebuild his life, his home, and his family which have suffered from his addiction to alcohol and other sinful habits. He is grateful to the Lord for bringing meaning to his life and making him a new creation. He regularly brings his little daughter with him to worship. Pray for his family’s salvation.
Thu 18. Gable - Cuba
About four weeks ago I was evangelizing in one of the districts where I serve. I met a young woman, YM, who asked for prayer. She was desperate. The devil was attacking her mind with depression and suicidal thoughts. I ministered to her and followed her home to share the Gospel message with her family. They accepted Jesus as the Lord and Savior of their lives. They gave up their idols. We destroyed them and prayed that the Lord would break every evil work in their lives. Praise the Lord for the transformation he has accomplished in their lives.

Fri 19. Stephen – Abuja, Nigeria
I co-facilitated the annual special outreach to Boarding schools in the Federal Capital Territory in October. We ministered to 2,348 youths. Thank God for 512 of them who made decisions for the Lord. One of them, ABI, confessed to sexual immorality involving several partners. The evil practice began when she was raped by a staff of the Joint Admission Board who had helped her register for the exam. She repented of her sins and made a commitment never to return to her past life again. Pray for God’s enablement to remain faithful to her resolve.

People from the two communities participated side by side. We spent some time to pray for peace in the area. We also had an outreach organized by university students involving showing the Jesus Film and door-to-door evangelism. Thank God for 12 souls who came to faith in Christ.
Thu 25. Hellen & Wycliffe – Ethiopia
We went out to share the Gospel message with people in Logia and one of the team went to Buti, a small Afar urban settlement. One of those who heard the Gospel message received Jesus as their Savior immediately. Another person in a different location asked for time to think about the message and left in a hurry. A few weeks later, he came to Logia looking for the two missionaries we left there. He said he had been restless ever since he heard their message. After sharing further, he too received the Lord and now participates in our secret Discovery Bible Study. Thank God for the work of the Holy Spirit in the witness of his servants.

I minister to the prostitutes, children, and youths in the slum area. Thank God for the interest many of them have in learning Bible lessons at our weekly Bible class. Two of them, Sabitha and Esther, each 17, recently came to ask how they can receive God’s forgiveness and become his children. I explained this to them and led them to repent of their sins and receive Christ’s salvation. Pray for effective discipleship that they will be grounded in their faith.

Thuy, 24, is a member of our church. She works in a construction company. She is busy all the time and cannot find joy in her relationship with God. She rarely prioritized time to read the Bible and prayer. I decided to ask her to study the Bible one-on-one with me. After a month, she experienced immense changes in her life. Thank God for the changes God's Word makes in people’s lives. Pray that she may remain committed to the reading of God’s word and prayer.
